Where do you ship from and what are my shipping options?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Fresno, California, US. We offer two transparent shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (Recommended): A flat fee of $12.95 USD. Shipped via DHL or FedEx with full tracking. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment.

2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 USD. Shipped via EMS (Economy Mail Service). Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
How long does order processing take?
Every order is handled with meticulous care. Processing (inspecting and packing your items) takes 1-2 business days before it is handed to the carrier. You will receive a tracking notification once it’s on its way.
How are my fragile items packaged?
Protection is our priority. Each delicate glass terrarium, brass frame, or preserved plant is individually inspected and packed in specially designed packaging with ample cushioning and support to ensure it arrives at your doorstep ready to display, inspire, and grow.

Most items are, but please note that custom or personalized items (such as certain Wedding Terrariums) may be marked as final sale. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
