Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Automatically applied to orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Some remote regions in Asia and other isolated areas may not be serviceable. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

General Policy Overview

• Window for Requests: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be in original, unused, resalable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Process: All returns/exchanges require prior authorization from our customer care team.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days):
   Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return/Exchange Request”. Please include your order number, receipt date, item details, reason, and preferred resolution.
2. Receive Authorization & Instructions:
   Within 2 business days, we’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, detailed packing instructions (crucial for fragile Geometric Terrariums or Brass and Glass Frames), and our return address in Fresno, US.
3. Ship Your Return Securely:
   Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service.
4. Our Inspection & Completion:
   We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. We will then email you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return:

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of our approval.
• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Amount: You receive a full refund for the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that used Free Shipping (EMS) over $50, a deduction of $12.95 (our standard shipping cost) may be applied to cover the initial outbound shipping expense.
