We handle every order with the precision of placing a Natural Driftwood and the care of sealing a Glass Cloche. Our global shipping ensures your botanical piece arrives ready to thrive.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Automatically applied to orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Some remote regions in Asia and other isolated areas may not be serviceable. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges: Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
Your vision is paramount. If your piece isn’t the perfect fit for the ecosystem you’re cultivating, our mindful policy offers a clear path to resolution.
General Policy Overview
- Window for Requests: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused, resalable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Process: All returns/exchanges require prior authorization from our customer care team.
Final Sale Items
Due to their delicate, custom, or perishable nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Preserved Plants: Specially treated botanicals whose condition cannot be guaranteed once they leave our care.
- All Wedding Terrariums: Including Black Wedding, Gold Wedding, Silver Wedding, Pink Wedding, and standard Wedding Terrariums, as they are often customized for specific celebrations.
- Any Personalized or Made-to-Order items.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care after delivery.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days):
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Return/Exchange Request”. Please include your order number, receipt date, item details, reason, and preferred resolution. - Receive Authorization & Instructions:
Within 2 business days, we’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, detailed packing instructions (crucial for fragile Geometric Terrariums or Brass and Glass Frames), and our return address in Fresno, US. - Ship Your Return Securely:
Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service. - Our Inspection & Completion:
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. We will then email you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of our approval.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You receive a full refund for the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that used Free Shipping (EMS) over $50, a deduction of $12.95 (our standard shipping cost) may be applied to cover the initial outbound shipping expense.
Please Note: Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
